Weight Watchers Weigh in Feb 5

The results are in for this week! I’m up 1.2 lbs.

I did much better in January as I have been eating really well and sticking to the plan since December 24th, 2016 (Yes, right before Christmas and after the office potluck lol.). I never thought I could eat within my points ever, but I did it for a little bit over a month and then took a cheat day on Feb. 2nd.

I get 30 points for the day with a wiggle room of 7 extra points. For most parts, I went over 30 but stayed under 37, and that wasn’t so bad! It gave me enough freedom to eat what I wanted, even late snacks, without making me feel guilty. I love this part of Weight Watchers! There’s so much freedom! Sticking to the plan for the month of January helped me lose 7 lbs, which isn’t phenomenal, but a loss nonetheless. Considering that I wasn’t exactly exercising, I think it’s amazing! Besides, if I hadn’t lost these 7lbs by sticking to the plan, I may not have lost any by not.

I put on 1.2 lbs since last week not because I wasn’t eating right last week, but because I snacked late at night yesterday. Usually, I’ll have some fruits, but yesterday it was continuous snacking well into the night. I’m sure I’ll get back to my regular weight by next week 🙂 Not sweating over the gain, but I will have to be more aware of when I eat 🙂
